Sesy.Rent is the master long term rental registry of the SESY ecosystem. Every home is verified against the owner and the building before it is published, and every contract follows the practice that renting in Mexico actually runs on — so both tenant and owner are protected. City editions such as tulum.rent read from the same registry.
Contract. 6 or 12 months. A 12-month contract normally gets a lower monthly rate than 6 months.
Deposit. One month, refundable at the end of the contract subject to the standard inventory check.
Bills. HOA and building maintenance are usually included. Electricity, gas and internet are billed by usage.
Pets. Most homes accept one pet. More than one needs owner approval and may carry an extra deposit.
Our fee. The owner pays the broker fee. Viewings and contract handling are free for the tenant.
Verification. Every listing is checked against the owner and the building before it is published here.
We run video viewings, send the contract digitally and coordinate keys locally. We work in English, Spanish and French. Passport, proof of income or funds, first month and one month's refundable deposit — no Mexican residency required for furnished contracts.
